Food is at an inflection point, and better portion management is part of the solution. The 2025–2030 Dietary Guidelines for Americans elevate “Eat the Right Amount for You,” bringing renewed focus to portion size as consumption patterns evolve. This cross-sector convening brings together leaders from CPG, foodservice, academia, and policy to examine how thoughtful portion strategy can advance health outcomes, support operational margins, and reduce food waste. The afternoon will feature the presentation of our new white paper, Customizable Portions: A Cost-Conscious Approach to Reducing Plate Waste.
